The property is in a prime location, just steps from the beach and close to all essential services.
Within walking distance, you'll find grocery stores, tobacco shops, newsstands, bars, ice cream parlors, bakeries, delis, arcades, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, a pharmacy in Piazza Milano and another in Piazza Torino, as well as various shops such as bazaars, clothing stores, and souvenir shops.
Don't miss the pedestrian area, about 1.5 km long, open daily from May to September from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (see Jesolo map). In addition to the nearby amenities, Jesolo offers attractions like Luna Park (Jesolandia), Pista Azzurra (Go Kart), Caribe Bay (Aqualandia), and a boat service to Venice.
