The apartment is ideal for sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet.
This apartment of approx. 30 m² is on the Sonnenalm, on the outskirts of Bad Mitterndorf.
Located on the 2nd floor with lift access, it accommodates up to 3 guests.
It features a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen and a bathroom.
The large terrace offers stunning views of the Grimming. A particular highlight is the heated indoor pool on the building's ground floor (water temperature approx. 24°C), open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Free parking is available in front of the building. The surrounding area offers plenty of sports and day trips: skiing (Tauplitz 5 km, Loser 18 km, Schladming 50 km), cross-country skiing (with over 160 km of trails, one of Austria's longest networks), hiking, horse riding, cycling, golf and water sports on the nearby Salzkammergut lakes. Hallstatt and Bad Ischl are around 30 minutes away by car. There are also two thermal spas nearby for wellness and relaxation, in Bad Mitterndorf and Bad Aussee. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants can be found in the centre of Bad Mitterndorf, about 3 km away.

The location is very close to the Tauplitz plateau for beautiful views and great hiking. The view from the apartment is amazing. We ate on a large balcony where we had the view. At night we enjoyed the pool and the ping-pong table. The pool is not heated but the room with the pool is, though not on ...
