The chalet includes step-free access and interior, heating with pellet stove and radiators in each room, television, fan, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
Step outside to enjoy your private wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and deck chairs.
The private garden with lawn provides a peaceful outdoor space, and you have access to a private grill for outdoor cooking.
Parking is available on-site with 1 shared space and additional parking available in the street.
Please note that smoking, pets, and events are not allowed on the property.
The chalet is designed for accessibility and accommodates guests with reduced mobility.
The chalet is situated in the countryside close to local shops and producers, just 7 minutes from Saint-Amand-les-Eaux thermal baths, 20 minutes from Valenciennes, and 40 minutes from Lille.
