Cocoonr offers you this charming 60 m² flat to rent in Savines-le-Lac, on the banks of Lake Serre-Ponçon. It sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside: - A large 10 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Walks around the Embrun lake and along the Durance river. - Water sports on the lake: windsurfing, rowing, kitesurfing, etc. - Visits to the Boscodon abbey, the Demoiselles coiffées, the Serre-Ponçon dam museum, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
Free public parking is also available close to the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Chorges, 13 km away. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
