You have a fully equipped private kitchen, a filter coffee machine, your own TV, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, and heating in every room.
Step-free access and self check-in are provided.
Please note: The kitchen has visible ceiling beams (a continuous architectural feature of the apartment)—especially near the sink, taller guests should watch their head height. Enjoy mountain views and the peaceful surroundings of this residential area from your private balcony.
A playground with ball games is about 200 m away. A marked parking space in the courtyard belongs to the apartment.
Please note: Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed.
Open flames, including candles and grills, are prohibited.
Please dispose of organic waste daily in the designated container and, upon departure, switch off all appliances and place used towels in the shower area. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away.
Rastatt city center, with shops, museums, restaurants, a weekly market, and tourist information, is 3 minutes by car. Schloss Favorit is nearby, Baden-Baden and its casino are 18 km away.
Baden-Baden Airport is 14 km away, the racecourse 8 km. The Gaggenau museum is 10–15 minutes by car, and the Kaltenbronn/Wildsee high moor offers more nature experiences.

Sehr helle und große Fewo in ruhiger Lage. Tolles Bett, großer Balkon.
Die beiden Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer sind sehr hübsch, aber zu hart, um darauf gut zu schlafen. In der Küche stören die Deckenbalken. Wir haben uns beim Kochen und Spülen des öfteren den Kopf angeschlagen. Da muss man sich erst dran gewöhnen und Abstand halten. Die Fewo war zwar nicht weit von Rastatt entfernt, der Weg zu Fuß dorthin war aber nicht sehr ansprechend.
