Modern mezzanine studio apartment of 45 m2, ideal for up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building (1 step to access). The accommodation is located in the Forlanini area, bordering the large Forlanini Park and the village of Monluè, offering a suspended atmosphere and well connected by the railway link, tram 27 and the new M4 (Repetti/Forlanini stops). The solution consists of a living room with kitchenette, mezzanine with double bed and bathroom.
NATIONAL CODE: IT015146C2E88XONNF REGIONAL CODE: 015146-LNI-13491 The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, wine glasses and kitchen utensils) dining table, queen-size sofa bed and TV; - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink; - SLEEPING AREA on the mezzanine with double bed. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, split A/C in the living room, central heating, wardrobe, iron and ironing board.
