Beautiful holiday apartment for up to 3 guests with child and/or dog, featuring a bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a living room with modern open kitchen, dining area, and a full leather sofa (convertible to a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed), a leather recliner, electric fireplace, and large 51-inch plasma TV. The apartment complex is located right at the marina and built in the spa architecture style.
At the harbor, you’ll find an excellent restaurant and a renowned fish shop with snack bar. Enjoy the unique harbor atmosphere. The seaside resort of Karlshagen offers relaxation, art, culture, and sports all year round.
Whether on foot, by bike, or with the "Bäderbahn" train, you can explore the entire island from Karlshagen.
Expansive forests, heathlands, and the long sandy beach (with sports and dog sections) offer great recreation in any season.
Take a boat tour from the harbor to the seal banks.
Nearby, there are many sports and leisure activities: fishing at the harbor, swimming and wellness at the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz, sailing, surfing, and diving schools at the beach, bike rentals (six in Karlshagen), butterfly farm in Trassenheide, golf and tennis courts in Koserow and Zinnowitz, and a riding stable in Karlshagen.
