Charming 69 m² holiday home in the picturesque village of Le Poujol-Sur-Orb, in the Hauts Cantons of Languedoc, enjoying the wonderful Hérault climate.
The house accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms, a bright 22 m² living room, and a small workspace with desk and chair.
Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with shower, shampoo dispenser, sink, drawer unit, and a WC with storage column.
Each bedroom includes a TV, nightstand, and bedside lamp.
The Queen-size bedroom (EMMA bedding) has shelves, two wardrobes, and a mosquito net for peaceful summer nights.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. For your comfort during hot summers, the house has air conditioning.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided.
A second WC is available on the ground floor, in addition to the upstairs WC in the bathroom.
Enjoy mountain views surrounding the property and explore the Passa Païs greenway, stretching 80 km from Mazamet (Tarn) to Bédarieux (Hérault), perfect for walking or cycling.
