Zen Den is an entire private 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Malmö, ideal for families, small groups, and longer stays.
Highly rated for smooth check-in, clear communication, and practical comfort, the apartment offers a functional and well-equipped space where guests can relax, cook, and spend time together.

It is designed for everyday cooking and multi-night stays. Important to Know Zen Den is a lower-level (basement) apartment with limited natural light and lower-than-average ceilings in some areas.
Guests taller than approximately 180 cm may find certain areas restrictive. This is reflected transparently to ensure accurate expectations. Outdoor Space Guests may use the shared front garden with seating and BBQ.
The back garden is private and not accessible. Location • 6-minute walk to Coop supermarket • 27 minutes to Malmö Central Station by bus • 25 minutes to Gustav Adolfs Torg • 20 minutes by car to Malmö Airport • Under 1 hour to Copenhagen Airport • Close to parks and playgrounds The area is peaceful and family-oriented, providing a calm base while still offering access to Malmö, Lund, and Copenhagen. House Guidelines • Quiet hours 21:00–07:00 • No parties or events • Registered guests only • Outdoor security camera in shared courtyard • Dehumidifiers must remain running • ID verification required prior to arrival Corporate & Business Stays The property is frequently used by business travellers and teams working in the Malmö and Lund area.
Corporate bookings are welcome and invoices can be issued for company stays, making it easy for businesses to manage travel and accommodation. Zen Den is best suited for guests who prioritise space, functionality, and a peaceful environment over natural light or ceiling height. Key Rules Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbours.
Excessive noise during these hours may result in immediate termination of the stay and a penalty fee. 🎤🛌 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests as per the booking are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🔒 No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed.
