The 63 m² apartment is centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wertach and accommodates 2 guests.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, standard-size bedding, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, TV, sauna, and table tennis. Enjoy your private south- and east-facing balcony with a table, chairs, sun umbrella, and 2 loungers. You have 1 shared parking space directly in front of the house.
In the basement, there is a communal bike room that also offers space for ski equipment. Wertach is quietly situated about 10 km west of the A7 and directly on the B310 towards Tannheimer Tal. Supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, sports stores, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance.
The area is ideal for hiking, skiing, and cross-country skiing, with direct access to the trails from the house in winter, as well as an outdoor pool and swimming lakes.
Neuschwanstein Castle and Füssen can be reached in 30 minutes, Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal in less than 1 hour.
