With Guestadom, everything is designed to offer you a comfortable stay with self-check-in. Upon entering Le Soléa, you will discover a 20 m² studio with a 6m² terrace optimized to accommodate two people in a functional space for working or dining.
The atmosphere is warm, and designed for a pleasant stay. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, allowing you to prepare your meals and breakfasts independently.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided and all necessary consumables are provided so that you can travel light and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The residence has a self-service laundry facility (for a fee). Outside, the studio offers free street parking. The accommodation is conveniently located for exploring Montpellier and its surroundings.
Public transportation is easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city center in 15 minutes.
Montpellier's historic center, with Place de la Comédie, Écusson, and Saint-Pierre Cathedral, is a 15-minute drive or 25 minutes by public transportation.
The beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Montpellier Saint-Roch train station is 15 minutes away by public transport and Montpellier airport is a 20 minutes drive away.
The neighborhood's shops and amenities are within walking distance. The Soléa is an ideal pied-à-terre for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a central location.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement était parfait, calme et pratique pour se déplacer facilement. L’hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et attentif à chaque détail. Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
