Located in Gondrin, in the Armagnac region, this charming 120 m² 3 Clévacances house welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and features a bathroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and heating via electric radiators and a wood stove (firewood provided free of charge). This stone house combines rustic charm with modern comfort.
The stone keeps the house cool in summer, and shutters help insulate against heat.
Mobile network coverage is good, convenient for remote work. Relax in the private garden with barbecue, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and garden chairs.
Children can enjoy a swing and a football goal with ball. You have access to 3 shared on-site parking spaces.
Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited.
Cleaning service is available for an extra fee, and from early October to late April, electricity consumption is charged for an extra fee based on meter readings at arrival and departure. The property is just 2 km from the village of Gondrin with shops and services, as well as the Leisure Park offering a large filtered swimming area, slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool with mini slides.
The location is ideal for the Voie Verte, a former railway line converted for walking, cycling, horse riding, and rollerblading.
The Gers region is renowned for its lifestyle, gastronomy, and attractions such as the Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac, the Domus of Eauze and its treasure at the museum, the fortified village of Larressingle, the Collegiate Church of La Romieu, various castles, and picturesque villages.

Très bon acceuil. C'est un endroit très calme et assez grand avec un grand garage.
On a été acceuillit avec des fleurs et beaucoup de légumes (des tomates super).
On va certainement revenir!

J ai passé une semaine avec mes enfants et mes petits enfants gîte très agréable et très pratique pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants spacieux très propre manque de rien les propriétaires super sympa et magnifique village en clair je le recommande à tout le monde en plus super silencieux

Le gîte est situé au calme avec un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont très vigilants afin que le séjour puisse se passer pour le mieux.
