In the heart of the 20th arrondissement, this bright 70m2 apartment in a quiet neighborhood near many shops has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for a family visiting Paris. 2 bedrooms for the children and one for the parents.

Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, and the option of a single mattress on the floor;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its dedicated work space and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television with Netflix, primeVideo, and DisneyPlus, Washing machine, Fan.
The apartment is located near the metro line 3 and 3b, buses 61, 64, 96 and 60 and tramway 3B.
You will find a supermarket "carrefour market" at 1 minute, open 7/7, for your small daily purchases.
Sites of interest near the accommodation :

- Belleville Park at 18 minutes by bus;
