Cocoonr is offering this charming, ideally located studio for rent, with a floor area of 24 m² and sleeping up to 2 guests.
Located on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room with a pleasant balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors.
You need to climb a flight of stairs (half a floor) to reach the apartment door.
The flat is laid out as follows:
- Living room with a sofa and a double bed (140×190) that can be raised
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- Access to a balcony with garden furniture (table and chairs)
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby: The flat is situated in Annecy, just a few minutes’ cycle ride from the lake and local amenities... - Cycle path running alongside the lake right outside the flat - Shops: bakery, greengrocer’s, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist’s… a 3-minute walk away Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, enjoy the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in bespoke holidays. Public transport : - Regular SIBRA bus lines 5, 14, l and N pass through this stop.
Line 5 provides easy access to the city centre (approx. 10 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 39 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you are coming by car, a car park is available at the foot of the residence. Spaces are not allocated and availability is therefore not guaranteed.
In the event of unavailability, there are several public car parks nearby. When you arrive, you'll be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy.
He or she will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys. Other remarks : - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
