The apartment is located in the Schwedi district, about 2.5 km from the center, just 100 m from Lake Constance and right next to the Eriskircher Ried nature reserve in a small, very quiet residential area.
It is furnished to a high standard, spans two floors, offers approx. 120 sqm, and is ideal for 2 to 4 guests. The spacious living room is modernly furnished.
You have a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a stereo system with DVD player at your disposal.
From the living room, you can access the furnished balcony. The large eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped: stove with ceramic hob and extractor fan, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, and quality pots and pans.
A digital radio is also available. The dining area with a large corner bench is in the kitchen and offers ample space.
A high chair can be provided on request. There is also a guest WC on this floor. A narrow staircase leads you to the second floor, right into the open, bright main bedroom.
Here you will find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a single mattress.
Directly behind it is a large walk-in wardrobe. The single bedroom, accessible only via the main bedroom, is furnished with a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a small desk with chair.
A cot can be set up. The bright, modern bathroom (approx. 18 sqm) features a double sink, WC, and a very large walk-in shower.
The freestanding bathtub with a view of the sky invites you to relax.
Towels, bath towels, table and bed linen are provided.
