Totally refurbished. The space Welcome to this bright and fully refurbished studio near Plaza España, perfect for up to 2 guests! With 27 m² of cozy and functional space, this apartment is ideal for couples, friends, or small families exploring Barcelona. The studio features two single beds and a sofa bed, along with a modern bathroom with shower.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The sleeping area is comfortable year-round with split air conditioning and a heat pump, ensuring a perfect temperature no matter the season. ⚠️ To access the flat, you need to climb 6 steps, but the building does have a lift. A charming, well-located spot to enjoy Barcelona with comfort and style! Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
