Additional information to consider: For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation.
In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately.
A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price. Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest.
This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge.
Pet rates will vary according to the length of your stay.
