Located in Graz, this spacious 200 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen features an espresso machine and milk frother.
High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and you will also find a TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
Underfloor heating with individual temperature control ensures comfort.
For families, a baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books are available. The large garden offers various seating areas for relaxation.
Enjoy the covered terrace, private balcony, and open terrace—all with magnificent views over Graz.
There is a ski storage room and a shared bicycle storage area. You can park on 3 shared parking spaces at the house; public transport is nearby.
One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted.
Please separate your waste into the designated bins for paper, organic waste, and plastic at the entrance, and close the garden gate upon departure. Your hosts live on the property, but not in the rented house.
Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The 9-hole golf course is 10 minutes away, and the center of Graz—with cafés, bars, restaurants, and attractions such as the Clock Tower and Kunsthaus Graz—is 15 minutes away.
