As you would expect from its name, Cabris Bay View, this contemporary apartment enjoys views over the stunning Carbis Bay. However, what you may not expect is how breath-taking they are. Step on to the seaward facing patio from the living area and just wonder at the view across Carbis Bay Beach, across to St Ives and beyond.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric double oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DAB Radio/CD with Bluetooth, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with a LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a double with LCD TV with Freeview and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a Seaward facing terrace, rear enclosed courtyard, seaward facing communal gardens, all with outdoor furniture and off-road undercover parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Cot and booster seat provided. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
