Located in Le Château d'Oléron, this 85 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs, there’s one bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, one with a queen-size bed, and another with a double bed, a single bed, and a baby cot.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker.
Every room is heated by electric radiators.
You also have a private TV and self check-in.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.
Remember to bring your own.
Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay.
Enjoy the private, fenced garden with outdoor furniture, table, chairs, sun loungers, and a covered terrace.
A private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, with direct access to the terrace from the ground floor.
A shared parking space is available on the property.
Up to 2 pets are welcome, smoking is allowed, but parties are not permitted.
The house is 800 m from the town center with shops, market, harbor, restaurants, citadel, and Château beach.
Grand Village beach is 3 km away.
A cycle path runs next to the house and a riding center is nearby.

Bonjour,
Maison spacieuse, sans vis-à-vis, fonctionnelle pour une famille, nous étions 2 adultes avec nos petits enfants. La propriétaire est très agréable, reste à disposition pour conseiller sur divers lieux.
