Ideally located in the heart of the island on the west coast, La Cotinière is a lively, authentic fishing port open year-round.
The house sits in a quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. With 57 m² of living space and a 150 m² enclosed garden, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the beaches, port, and shops, and only 200 m from cycle paths.
The main town, Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, is 3 km away. Fully renovated in 2019, the house offers a bright living room with sofa, dining area, and TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 × 210 cm bed, and another with a 140 cm bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.
A utility room with washing machine is available.
Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is provided. Outside, enjoy a secure courtyard—ideal for children—and two terraces: one facing south, the other north, so you can enjoy the sun any time of day. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers are provided.
A secure shelter is available for bikes. For your comfort, electricity is metered at check-in and check-out. Daily consumption is included per person; any extra use is available for an additional fee. Cleaning is the guests’ responsibility.
The property must be left clean and tidy.
Bed linen and towels are not included.

Le gîte est incroyable juste magique propre calme tout est conforme au descriptif nous y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises et nous y retournons avec grand plaisir c'est surtout la propreté et c'est une maison très bien équipée avec une cour fermée ce qui est sécurisant pour la voiture et les vélos et une propriétaire adorable je reviendrai

Excellent séjour dans ce logement où nous avons l'impression d'être comme à la maison.
Bien que le quartier soit très calme, les commerces le port et la plage sont à 5 minutes à pied.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, rien ne manque, ustensiles et accessoires sont de bonne qualité.
Bien sûr, nous reviendrons.

séjour dans une maison propre et avec tous ce qu'il faut dans chaque pièce.
Equipement de la cuisine très bien avec appareil et buanderie en plus.
cours devant et derrière très bien aménagée.
A proximité du centre de la cotinière mais dans un endroit calme.
Nous avons passé un très bons séjour.
