The bedroom features a 200x180 cm double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
The tastefully furnished, spacious living room with large windows offers a wonderful view of the outdoors.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffee machine, and a workspace are also provided for your comfort.
Only four steps lead to the accommodation, and the apartment itself is step-free.
Large windows and a private balcony offer stunning views of nature.
The rooms are generously sized and tastefully decorated, and the garden is well maintained. Enjoy the very quiet location and the views from the apartment.
The heated communal indoor pool is available daily from 7 am to 7 pm, as is the well-kept communal garden. You can park in the shared parking lot on the property, and public transport is nearby.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the building for an extra fee. The apartment is on the edge of Höchenschwand, also known as the "Village in the Sky." Hiking trails start right at the property, letting you enjoy the fresh mountain air and impressive Alpine panorama.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von der Wohnung aus kann man viele schöne Wanderungen unternehmen und auch das Hallenbad im Haus ist auch sehr gepflegt und groß genug zum Schwimmen.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zugewandt und auch der Hausmeister vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit . Toll !
Wir habe 2 sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen erlebt und würden wiederkommen .
