With sheep grazing in the field opposite and tranquil views all around, this is a setting designed for relaxation.
Feel the warmth of the underfloor heating as you enter and take in the sparkling white worktops in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Cook up a delicious meal and gather around the circular dining table for leisurely dinners and conversation.

Park View Lodge in Melbourne, Derbyshire consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV TV. The bedrooms consists of one king-size with Smart TV and one twin, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside, there is a garden with patio, furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop and pub within 0.7 miles, and a lake is just 1 mile away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Park View Lodge is a superb base for exploring Derbyshire. Note: Property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 250 GBP.
