It features 2 bedrooms, one of them a suite with a wall-mounted TV and direct access to a spacious glazed terrace with folding glass curtains, offering stunning sea views.
There are 2 full, private bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven-microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and complete kitchenware. The living room, separated from the kitchen by an island with three high stools, is perfect for comfortable dining.
It has a sofa, coffee table, TV, and direct access to the terrace—ideal for relaxing and enjoying sea views at breakfast or watching a spectacular sunset. The apartment offers central air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private TV, and a workspace. Less than 50 meters from the beach.
The complex features an outdoor communal pool, children’s pool, outdoor shower, garden, and playground. Enjoy sports facilities with tennis and paddle courts, plus a multi-sports court for football and basketball. Private parking space within the complex (under shade). The communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Convenient self check-in with video access information and instructions for a seamless stay. Electric car charging is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability for an extra fee. For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service is scheduled.

El piso es espectacular, superlimpio, moderno y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa desde el primer minuto. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable; está en una zona excelente, cerca de todo pero perfecta para descansar. El trato y la comunicación también han sido de diez. Sin duda, para repetir en nuestro próximo viaje. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
