Located in Boutenac-Touvent, just moments from Mortagne-sur-Gironde, this charming house is perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, heritage, and the Atlantic coast. This spacious holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in a warm and inviting setting. It features 4 bright, peaceful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a separate shower), and 3 WCs for optimal comfort.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for a convenient stay, a welcoming living room ideal for time with family or friends, and a private garage that fits up to 3 cars. Outside, unwind in the shaded private garden, enhanced by a century-old cedar—perfect for terrace meals and relaxation. Bed linen is provided (towels not included). Beds made on arrival are available for an extra fee. Heating is available for an extra fee depending on the length of your stay. The house is in a pleasant location 2 km from Mortagne-sur-Gironde and its picturesque port lined with limestone cliffs.
A cycling route passes right by the property, leading to the Gironde estuary, Europe’s largest, from the Cordouan lighthouse to Bordeaux.

Très belle maison, très confortable avec un jardin fort agréable. Endroit très calme et propice au farniente, bien que proche d'une route. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par les proprietaires très charmants.
