In Sinntal, the Tiny Home "Waldwagen" Altes Forstamt Sinntal welcomes you with 8 sqm of living space for up to 2 guests.
It features a bedroom with a sleeping alcove and a living area with a covered entrance.
The fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with shower (approx. 30 sqm) are for your exclusive use in the main house, about 50 meters away via an unpaved path.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a private grill, self check-in, 2 bicycles, bath towels, and access to local herbs and fruit.
Juice from our own orchards, honey from our beekeeping, and game from our own hunting can be purchased on site for an extra fee. The property offers mountain views and step-free access indoors.
Enjoy the approx. 4,000 sqm shared garden on the 18,000 sqm estate.
Various themed gardens offer numerous seating areas with panoramic views of Spessart and Rhön. A shared table tennis table is also available.
There is a shared parking area on site.
One pet is allowed per unit.
Events outside the event kitchen are only possible by arrangement.
Parents with small children are asked to supervise them due to the pond garden on the grounds.
Please use the compost only for plant-based waste.
The Waldwagen is bookable from April to October and is equipped with a stove for heating.
Electricity is provided via a power bank.
The hosts live on the property, but not in your accommodation.
Bookings for weddings or larger family celebrations that exceed the event kitchen's capacity must be arranged in advance.
The event kitchen allows cooking, dining, and celebrating for up to 12 people.
Three additional holiday units in the main and annex buildings with a total of 10 extra beds are available for guests.
