The mezzanine bedroom features a king-size bed overlooking the pool, a double bed is in the living area, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, electric barbecue, coffee machines, kettle, washing machine, and TV. The apartment offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and separate toilets with a walk-in shower.
Please note: the air conditioning is positioned at mezzanine level and has a fan mode that circulates air throughout the full height of the apartment.
An additional fan is available on request for extra comfort. Enjoy a private garden with exotic plants and a covered terrace.
The pool is shared only with the owner, whose apartment is at the far end of the pool.
Around the pool, you will find tables, chairs, umbrellas, loungers, and armchairs in shaded areas.
The pool is secured with an electric safety cover. You have a parking space in a shared garage and an outdoor shared space.
The underground garage fits vehicles up to 1.75 m high; taller vehicles park outside.
