Basic Rules for Co-Living and Cleanliness
(For long-term stays in private rooms with shared areas)
1. Daily Personal Cleaning
Each guest must clean anything they use immediately after use.
Do not leave dishes, pots, or utensils in the sink or on countertops.
2. Kitchenware and Utensils
Wash and put back everything you use in the kitchen or dining area.
Do not take or keep common items (glasses, plates, cutlery, pans).
3. Trash and Recycling
Each guest is responsible for taking out their own trash to the designated containers (usually at the building entrance or waste area).
Do not leave garbage bags in the kitchen, bathroom, or room.
4. Shared Bathroom
Keep the bathroom clean and dry after every use.
Do not leave personal towels or items scattered around.
5. Noise and Co-Living
Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Avoid loud music, phone calls, or conversations in common areas.
6. Smells and Ventilation
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Always ventilate the kitchen and bathroom after use.
7. Shared Responsibility
Professional cleaning is done between stays, but daily order and hygiene depend on everyone’s cooperation.
