Located in the idyllic village of Triebendorf, a district of Heilsbronn, this lovingly restored holiday home offers 100 m² of living space for up to 4 guests—a perfect retreat for families, couples, or anyone seeking peace and nature.
The house features 2 cozy bedrooms: a master bedroom and a children’s room with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with a rustic wood-burning stove, which provides warmth and can be used for cooking and baking.
Additional amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), electric heaters in every room, a TV with video-on-demand, a washing machine, and a coffee machine for your comfort. Outside, a spacious private garden of approx. 2,000 m² awaits you. Relax on the sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 25 m²) and take in the open views of meadows and fields.
A private grill, outdoor shower, and a cozy polyrattan sun island (in summer) invite you to unwind. There are 2 shared parking spaces and a garage spot.
Up to 2 pets are welcome, and small events are possible—please contact us in advance for groups over 6. Bicycle storage is available.
Electric heating in all rooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom ensure a pleasant stay; firewood for the stove is provided free of charge. A special highlight: The property includes a stable with 3 horse boxes.
You are welcome to bring your own horse (for an additional fee). A paddock across the street can be arranged with at least one week’s notice.
