Housing : Located in a truly idyllic setting, this charming old farmhouse, over 100 years old, has been carefully restored and transformed into a welcoming rural gite.
It offers guests a peaceful and relaxing place, surrounded by nature.
The property has 2 swimming pools: an indoor heated pool at 28 °C and a private outdoor swimming pool of 5 m x 2.7 m, with garden furniture, deckchairs and umbrella, perfect for outdoor meals and sunny afternoons.
Location and exterior Just a few minutes' walk away is the hamlet of El Acebuchal (800 m), a unique "out of the beaten track" destination where tranquility reigns.
However, in just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the white village of Frigiliana (7 km), and in 25 minutes, the beaches of Nerja.
El Acebuchal has a fascinating story.
Nestled in a beautiful valley within the Tejeda and Almijara National Park, the village was abandoned in 1949 under Franco's regime.
It remained in ruins until 1998, when a descendant of one of the original families began to restore a house.
Since then, 32 houses, the town hall, the chapel, the bar and the cobbled streets have been carefully rebuilt, giving the hamlet its original charm.
Today, El Acebuchal is a haven of peace without shops, but with a popular restaurant bar serving traditional local dishes such as game, boar and kid. Access is via a winding mountain road, the last 2 kilometers on an unpaved road.
In Frigiliana you will find small supermarkets, many shops and a wide range of tapas bars and restaurants.
Larger supermarkets and gas stations are located in Nerja, 14 km from the house.
The surroundings are ideal for hikers, with pine forests, thyme and rosemary fragrant hills.

The kitchen, decorated with traditional Andalusian tiles, is fully equipped with all modern comforts: refrigerator-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the kitchen battery necessary to prepare homemade meals.
Upstairs you will find two charming double bedrooms and a full bathroom.
