You have a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, heating throughout the apartment, and a separate workspace.
There is step-free access via an elevator at the entrance, ideal for guests with limited mobility.
For families, a baby bed, high chair, and access to a shared playground are provided.
There is also a coffee machine and stunning sea views. Step outside onto the southwest-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
The terrace offers spectacular sea views, changing with every season, overlooking the dunes and the North Sea. You have access to one shared parking space on the property.
Please note: events are not permitted. This penthouse is just 250 meters from the main beach entrance of Nes, leading to the beach in the dunes.
You can easily walk to the Nes beach pavilion and various beach facilities and activities.
The village of Nes, with restaurants and shops, is nearby.
Ameland’s beaches are known for their tranquility on the North Sea. Enjoy nature with cycling or walking tours through forests and Ameland’s diverse landscape.
