It features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, coffee maker, and espresso machine.
Air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom and in the ground-floor living room, which connects to the bedroom.
Additional amenities include underfloor heating (autumn/winter), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and homemade olive oil for your enjoyment. Outside, you’ll find a private covered terrace with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for relaxing meals.
The private garden offers sun loungers and a portable barbecue.
Enjoy the peace of this family-run estate in the Chianti wine region. One shared parking space is available on-site, directly in front of the entrance.
Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
For security, a video surveillance system is installed at the entrance. The house is in the Chianti area, close to many wineries, just 5 km from Pontedera, 25 km from Pisa, 28 km from Lucca, and 45 km from Florence.
The location offers easy access to major Tuscan cities via highway; the sea is 40 km away and the Casciana thermal baths are just a few kilometers away.
