People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath towels. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest.
