Pools and relaxation: panoramic lake-view pool, children's area, and solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Beach: direct lake access, water sports rental, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing lessons, beach volleyball court, mooring for boats and motorboats.
Dining: restaurant with panoramic terrace and indoor seating, beach bar, and kiosk for breakfast and summer snacks.
Menu includes Italian specialties, pizzas, and local wines.
Sports activities: nearby municipal tennis and football courts for outdoor fun.

From Milan, Venice, Verona, or the Brenner Pass: Take the A4 motorway and exit at Desenzano del Garda if coming from the south or west, or at Brescia/Est if coming from the east.
If coming from the Brenner Pass, take the A22 motorway towards Modena/Brescia and exit at Rovereto Sud, then follow the signs for Riva del Garda / Limone sul Garda.
Some sections of the road to Limone sul Garda are narrow and winding; drive carefully, especially with large campers or caravans.
Housing : Cozy mobile home, ideal for up to 5 people, featuring a furnished terrace with garden furniture — perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The accommodation, equipped with Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning/heating, includes two bedrooms, a living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The bedrooms include a double bed, two single beds, and a third bed mounted on the wall, or a bench in the living area that can be converted into an extra sleeping space.
The mobile home has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet.
The initial supply of bed linen, including blankets and pillows, and the final cleaning are included in the price.
Guests may bring their own towels or rent them on site; please inform us in advance if towel rental is required.
