Welcome to Appartementhaus Florian Are you planning a visit to Vienna and looking for private accommodation? Our quiet house is located in a garden estate in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and the Danube Island.
The ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities such as immersing yourself in the cultural life of a cosmopolitan city or a visit to a wine tavern in Stammersdorf.
The convenient location of our hotel makes it easy to get here, regardless of whether you are travelling by plane, train or car.
The garden can be used by the residents of all four flats, whereby Top 1 and Top 2 on the ground floor each have a terrace of 24 m2.
The apartment building consists of four identically furnished flats of the same size.
The 5.5 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit.
The bedroom of 11 m2 consists of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a five-door wardrobe with mirror front.
The 24 m2 living/dining room has a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, extractor fan, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery for 3-4 people.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden vom Ambiente des Appartements und seiner Lage. Die Angaben im Inserat trafen hundertprozentig zu. Der direkte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit möglich. Er ist auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Herzlicher Empfang, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir brauchen. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, gute Parkmöglichkeiten für Räder und Auto. Mit Bus und U-Bahn fährt man ca. 30-40 Minuten in die Wiener Innenstadt.
