Located in the peaceful village of Naklice, around seven kilometres from the coastal town of Omiš, Villa Odin is a stylish four-bedroom retreat ideal for families or groups of up to eight.
Surrounded by lush countryside, the villa features a private garden, a generous eight-metre by four-metre pool, and multiple outdoor areas designed for relaxation and socialising. A spacious summerhouse, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, dining area, bathroom and television, provides a perfect poolside setting for leisurely days.
Sun loungers, a lawn for children to enjoy, and an outdoor shower complete the alfresco offering. The main accommodation is set on the first floor, offering far-reaching views across the surrounding landscape.
Inside, guests will find a bright living room with terrace access, satellite television and Wi-Fi, alongside a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine and more. The four bedrooms comprise two doubles (each with en suite shower rooms) and two twin rooms, one of which includes a sofa-bed for additional guests.
A separate family bathroom serves the remaining rooms. The discreet owner resides on the ground floor with a private entrance, ensuring both privacy and support if needed.
