Having benefited from a renovation in June 2024, this 82 m² apartment includes: - a bright, open-plan living area comprising a lounge and dining room opening onto a balcony, with sea views from the large bay window, - a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), - Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room, - one bedroom with double bed (140cm), - one bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single pull-out bed, - a second bathroom with shower and WC, - an office area, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, - cot, games for all ages, - TV, stereo system, Wifi and books.
