Set away from the small town of Westerstede, this former stable house—built before 1883 and fully renovated in 2025—welcomes you with many original details.
The holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a separate WC. Even when North German weather keeps you indoors, you can relax in the bright, open kitchen with centuries-old timber framing, choose from a wide selection of board games, or unwind by the fireplace—all while enjoying views of the park-like garden with mature trees and giant rhododendrons. The ground floor features a bedroom, the kitchen-living area, and a bathroom, all barrier-free and suitable for wheelchairs.
A wide staircase leads upstairs to a large and a small bedroom, plus a cozy nook for reading and playing. Outdoors, you’ll find a ping-pong table, sandbox, and various play equipment for children.
A crib, toilet seat, potty, high chair, as well as children's dishes and cutlery are also provided. There are two guest parking spaces on the property.
For your convenience, self check-in via key box is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The farmhouse, with living and stable buildings, borders a nature reserve and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
A small hobby farm with chickens and sheep adds to the relaxed country atmosphere. Please note our house rules: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, and smoke must not enter the house.
We kindly ask you to enjoy alcohol in moderation to help preserve the house and garden for future guests.

Die Vermieterin ist auf Familien mit Kindern vorbereitet und stellt verschiedene Hilfsmittel und Spielzeug (bspw. Kinderbett, Sandkasten) zur Verfügung.
