The apartment is located in the residential area of Badesi, in a quiet and scenic setting just minutes from the town center and about 2 km from the sea.
This spacious penthouse, equipped with every comfort, is set in a peaceful building with several units and offers stunning views of the sea and Mediterranean landscape.
It features two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—a large, bright air-conditioned living area with a kitchenette that opens onto a spacious covered terrace with sea view.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, espresso machine with capsules, and moka pot. Outside, guests have access to a large private parking area in front of the house and a garden filled with flowers and typical Mediterranean plants.
