Welcome to Federnest – your cosy home away from home right in the heart of lively Cologne-Nippes! Our philosophy is absolute customer satisfaction.
Our goal: to welcome every guest back again and again. This spacious 117 m² apartment offers plenty of room for families and groups.
It is newly furnished, stylish and comfortably designed and ideal for short or medium stays – whether a city trip, business trip or visiting friends. Three bedrooms: • Two each with a double bed (180x200, high-quality mattresses + toppers) • One connecting room with two more double beds (180x200) Additionally: • One more double bed in the living area (180x200) • Two sofa beds (each 140x200) with toppers Perfect for relaxing together! Highlights: ✔ Ideal for 8 people, up to 14 people possible ✔ Huge apartment with 117 m², ideal for groups and families (no parties allowed) ✔ 3 bedrooms, large living area, modern fittings ✔ Smart TV (75-inch) with Netflix, super-fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbit) ✔ Kitchen fully equipped ✔ Microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery available ✔ 1 bathroom with rain shower ✔ 1 extra separate WC ✔ Large shop window facing the street with frosted glass (cannot be seen through) – right in the heart of the action ✔ 1 bedroom with air conditioning, can be used to cool whole apartment over the day ✔ 24/7 check-in with smart lock/key safe, video surveillance of the front door & decibel meter ✔ Great location: directly at the bus stop “Zonser Straße”, 4 minutes to Cologne Hansaring center, 11 minutes to Cologne central station ✔ Parking on the street possible, but involves searching in the surrounding area" The 5% municipal accommodation tax required in Cologne is already included in the price.
