Cozy house with pool and garden in a quiet area of Palamós and Sant Joan, surrounded by nature and just 2 km from La Fosca beach (5 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk). Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation and comfort on the Costa Brava.
The house is spread over two floors and accommodates eight guests.
It features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with pool, outdoor shower, covered porch with table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and a pétanque area—ideal for making the most of the outdoors.
There is also a washing machine, iron, and outdoor parking. The location is perfect for hiking or cycling along nearby rural paths or the trails connecting the area's most beautiful coves, such as Cala S’Alguer, Cala Margarida, or Platja de Castell. Palamós offers a wide range of activities: boat trips, kayaking, paddle surfing, scuba diving, sport fishing, and visits to the Fishing Museum or the fishing port.
In the center, you will find restaurants to try the famous Palamós prawns, markets, shops, and a unique Mediterranean atmosphere. Nearby, you can visit charming villages like Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Begur, or Peratallada—perfect for day trips. A functional and welcoming house to enjoy the best of the Costa Brava, combining sea, nature, and relaxation. Groups of young people and parties are not allowed on the property.

Nos ha encantado la tranquilidad, la casa en general es muy bonita tanto su interior como la parte exterior. Poder disponer de la piscina para uso privado ha sido fantástico. Muy recomendable si te hospedas con niños. Además, a pesar de no encontrarse enfrente la playa, las playas quedan a 5-10 min ...
