The property offers direct beach access, allowing you to enjoy the waterfront location just steps from your door.
A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. One shared on-site parking space is available for your convenience.
Please note that events are not allowed on the property. This fisherman's house is superbly positioned by the sea with direct beach access in a very quiet location.
The small granite semi-detached house sits right on the water with views directly onto the Anse de Locmiquel bay and features a small enclosed garden.
The village center is within walking distance and offers Sunday markets along with local shops.
The location provides excellent access to explore the Gulf of Morbihan, Quiberon peninsula, Auray, Locmariaquer, Carnac, and medieval Vannes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le gîte de Mr Roville. Cette demeure n'a rien d'impersonnel et d'aseptisé, au contraire le lieu et vivant et habité ce qui le rend extrêmement chaleureux et confortable. La proximité avec la mer et les sentiers côtier est un grand avantage pour profiter pleinement de cette région.
Nous reviendrons !

Superbe petite maison bien agencée,rien ne manque ! Bon accueil par une personne extérieure. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Située en bordure de mer , il faut juste se renseigner sur les horaires des marées car pas trop facile de s'y baigner quand la mer est complétement basse, mais il y a une autre plage à environ 400 m(et nous étions informés) donc c'est parfait. A recommander.
