Villa Giuliana welcomes you to Santa Teresa Gallura in a truly unique location: perched above one of the Mediterranean’s most stunning views, the villa overlooks the sea in every direction, offering breathtaking panoramas of the French islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo and the Maddalena Archipelago.
The villa spans 320 sqm and is ideal for up to 9 guests.
It features 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 3 bathrooms for your comfort.
The private kitchen is fully equipped and was renovated in 2026 with a new dishwasher and a new electric oven with microwave function.
Amenities include air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and living areas, Wi-Fi, a new 55-inch Smart TV that connects to your phone via cable or Bluetooth, a Bluetooth speaker for your music, washing machine, baby cot, and a dedicated workspace.
Self check-in offers you flexibility on arrival. Outside, the private garden now features a beautiful pagoda (added in 2026) in the most scenic spot on the property—the perfect place to enjoy a sunset cocktail with the sea and islands as your backdrop, accompanied by your favorite music.
There are also two covered terraces with spectacular views, a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a wood-burning fireplace.
An outdoor shower is available for cooling off after a sunny day. Children will love the dry-docked boat in the garden. For parking, you have 3 or more on-site spaces, 2 garage spots, and street parking, plus a free electric car charging station powered by solar panels on the garage roof.
One pet is allowed.
Any events must be agreed with villa management in advance.
