In the heart of the village of Ars-en-Ré, Villa la Maison des Ormeaux is a charming 90 m² country house accommodating up to 6 guests.
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine and a private barbecue.
A cot, a high chair and bicycle storage are also available for added convenience. Outside, unwind in the sunny 30 m² courtyard, enclosed by stone walls for complete privacy.
Furnished with a table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a private barbecue, it is ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation. Street parking is available nearby.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Parties are not allowed.
The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location is ideal, close to the beach, salt marshes, church square, shops and restaurants.
Bicycle hire is just 100 m away.
Check-in is available from 1 pm on Saturdays, with check-out before 11 am on Saturdays.
Heating is included; end-of-stay cleaning and linen kits (bed linen and a bath towel, per bed) are available for an additional fee.

Der Außenbereich, die Terrasse
Die Schnacken, hier wären Mückennetze am Fenster hilfreich. Müllabfuhr kommt um 23.30 Uhr und der Glaskontainer wurde um 05.30 Uhr geleert, hierfür kann der Vermieter aber natürlich nichts.

Le logement est bien situé et bien conçu. Malheureusement quelques problèmes électriques rencontrés lors de notre séjour (panne générale sur la journée du dimanche, puis tout le séjour sans lave-linge et convecteur dans la salle de bain qui sont restés non opérationnels). Manquait également quelques...
