Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with a TV, a sofa and a work area - An open-plan fitted kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), a TV, a shower and washbasin area - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), a TV and a dressing room - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside: - A shared terrace with a table and chairs The flat is ideally located in Tournan-en-Brie, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - The Japanese gardens of Favières - Disneyland Paris - Val d'Europe Shopping Centre - Combreux Castle - Magic Form Tournan - Fontainebleau Forest Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
