The house features two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, ensuring ample space for everyone.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy dining in. Relax in the living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, a TV for entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals.
The house also includes a dining room and an eating area, providing plenty of space for relaxation and socializing. Both bathrooms are designed for your convenience.
The first bathroom features a full setup with a standard bath, separate shower, and toilet, while the second bathroom offers a toilet.
Additional amenities include central heating, a washing machine, and a garden for outdoor relaxation. Location is key, and this house excels in that regard.
You'll be just a 10-minute walk from Norwood Junction Station, with trains taking you to London Bridge in only 13 minutes.
