Located on the fifth floor of an iconic building, the apartment opens into a welcoming living area with two red comfortable sofas, a glass dining table and a cozy mezzanine reading nook.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobes for ample storage.
A modern kitchen with gas stove, oven and coffee machine adds independence and convenience, while the bathroom features a sleek, equipped layout.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and quality bed linens and towels ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Pets (including dogs) are not allowed. The area is also served by multiple bus lines that stop along Via Indipendenza, offering fast and direct access to destinations like the Fiera (Trade Fair district), Sant'Orsola and Maggiore hospitals, and outlying neighborhoods.
