The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.
Relax and unwind on the terrace.
A playground for children is nearby.
As guests, you can go hiking, fishing (please obtain a permit from the city), or simply enjoy the garden.
The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated in 2023. All our holiday homes offer mobile internet with stable connections according to the provider—ideal for working remotely or streaming movies and music.
Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge.
You will receive the key code after booking.
As a self-catering holiday home, we provide basic supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which are restocked after each stay.
For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing your own supplies—supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen.
All TVs in the park have been upgraded to digital for better picture and sound quality.
Several parking spaces and two e-charging stations are available in the holiday park.
Especially convenient: a parking spot directly in front of the house.
The park also features a playground, barbecue area (please note: only electric grills are allowed per park rules and are not provided), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf.
In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Palace, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool.
Pets are welcome: up to 2 dogs allowed.
For more than 2 dogs, please contact the host via the booking platform in advance.
An additional local tax must be paid on site.

Helaas was er gedurende ons verblijf, periode 03-05-2026 tot 09-05-2026, op het park geen enkele drink- of eet gelegenheid open, terwijl dat volgens de openingstijden op de gelegenheden wel zou moeten zijn.

Einfacher Check-in, flexibler Check-out
Ruhige Lage, viel Platz
Haus war anfangs sehr kalt, hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis es wintertauglich war
Wasser zum duschen wurde nur lauwarm (für Sommer ausreichend für Winter schade)
Es war zwar sauber aber es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was es dreckig wirken lässt
Badezimmer hat keinen Mülleimer und wenig Aufhänge...
