A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each stay to ensure the apartment is spotless. There is also an Auchan supermarket just a 2-minute walk away for your everyday shopping needs.

The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!

- Sports hall of Lyon Palais des sports de Lyon
- Castle La Motte
- Lyon-III University
- The Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon
