Located in Arzon, this charming 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 comfortable upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
You have a TV, washing machine, and fireplace.
The property features a lovely veranda for you to relax. Enjoy your terrace and the south-facing enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. There is no private parking, but you can park 100 m away.
You may also stop in front of the house to unload your belongings and groceries.
Events are not permitted on the property. The GR34 coastal path is just 100 m away, ideal for scenic walks.
The Golfe beach is 200 m away, and shops as well as the market are less than 500 m for your daily needs.
The town center is 2 km away, and the ocean with thalassotherapy facilities is 3 km away.
Golf enthusiasts will find a course at 6 km. Bike rental is available 2 km away if you wish to explore the area.
Games, a mini stereo, and a high chair are provided for your comfort. Bed linen rental is available for an extra fee and on request through the concierge service. We look forward to welcoming you.

La literie des deux lits dans la petite chambre est pas très confortable (matelas de mauvaise qualité - très mou et bruyant)

Malgré la présence d'un emplacement pour un véhicule au sein de la propriété, le propriétaire a bloqué son accès. Incompréhensible au regard du peu de places de stationnement aux environs. C'est manifestement un manque de respect et de considération pour les locataires !!!!!
